We are seeking a highly experienced Skilled Woodworking Manager to oversee the construction and installation of our lodges and lead a team of skilled craftsmen. This key role involves ensuring that all products meet our high-quality standards and contributing to the successful completion of our projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and overseeing complex construction projects. They will have a deep understanding of woodworking techniques, tools, and safety protocols, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of skilled joiners and labourers in the construction and installation of luxury lodges
  • Oversee the entire build process, from site preparation to final completion
  • Ensure all work meets our high-quality standards and is completed on time
  • Collaborate with designers and architects to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a skilled joiner or manager in a similar field
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a strong track record of team management
  • Deep understanding of joinery and carpentry techniques, including woodworking and tool usage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
