As a Lodge Installer, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of their lodges on various sites, as well as snagging and correcting any issues caused during transit.

**Company Bonus for Achieving 5-Star Reviews and Meeting Deadlines**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the project manager to determine the site layout and positioning of lodges.
  • Prepare the lodge, levelling the building and siting according to NCC guidance.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure the lodges are installed to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized site throughout the installation process.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous multiskilled experience in laying LVT and vinyl flooring, painting and decorating, facias and soffits, basic plumbing and heating knowledge, and basic joinery knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of site preparation and lodge installation techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to undertake joinery and all types of snag issues.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Training:

  • Full training given to operatives on how to site and level the lodges/finish the buildings internally. This training will be given in-house at their factory in Accrington.

**Please note operatives will be required to work away from home, with hotels and food allowance provided.
