Requirements:

  • NVQ/Diploma L2 qualification or bench joinery level 2.
  • Ability to read CAD drawings and shop drawings.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bench joinery roles.
  • Full UK driving license or ability to travel to Morecambe for 8am.
  • Knowledge of shop machinery, including CNC, Edgebander, router, and spindle moulder.
  • Basic hand and power tools for bench joinery tasks.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
