Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced RICS Commercial Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced commercial property professional to take the next step in their career with a reputable independent firm.

About the Role:

As a RICS Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing both the sales and letting of commercial properties across Essex, demonstrating expertise in market trends, negotiation, and client management. You will lead sales and lettings for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, conduct property valuations and surveys, and develop and implement strategic plans to maximize property exposure and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales and lettings for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Conduct property valuations and surveys.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize property exposure and profitability.
  • Liaise with property owners, buyers, and tenants providing exceptional service and advice.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform pricing strategies and rent reviews.
  • Oversee property marketing efforts ensuring effective online and offline campaigns.
  • Manage lease negotiations ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Package:
  • Basic salary: £35,000.
  • Commission and bonus pay.
  • OTE salary of £60,000-£65,000 (uncapped) per annum.
  • Currently Mercedes company car or car allowance circa £5,000 per annum.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
  • 20 days holiday, bank holidays closed between Christmas and new year (utilize 1 holiday day for period).
Qualifications and Skills:
  • RICS qualification.
  • Proven experience in commercial property sales and lettings.
  • Strong understanding of the Essex commercial property market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
