About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced RICS Commercial Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Experts, a leading recruitment agency. This pivotal role will oversee both the sales and letting of commercial properties across the region, demonstrating expertise in market trends, negotiation, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales and lettings for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties
  • Conduct property valuations and surveys
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximise property exposure and profitability
  • Liaise with property owners, buyers, and tenants, providing exceptional service and advice
  • Conduct market analysis to inform pricing strategies and rent reviews
  • Oversee property marketing efforts, ensuring effective online and offline campaigns
  • Manage lease negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards

Package:

  • Basic salary: £35,000
  • Commission and bonus pay
  • OTE salary of £60,000 - £65,000 (uncapped) per annum
  • Company car or car allowance
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays, closed between Christmas and New Year

Qualifications and Skills:

  • RICS qualification
  • Proven experience in commercial property sales and lettings
  • Strong understanding of the commercial property market
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
