Job Summary

The Recruitment Experts is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Property Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial property division, you will be responsible for leading the sales and lettings of commercial properties across Essex, demonstrating expertise in market trends, negotiation, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales and lettings for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Conduct property valuations and surveys.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize property exposure and profitability.
  • Liaise with property owners, buyers, and tenants providing exceptional service and advice.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform pricing strategies and rent reviews.
  • Oversee property marketing efforts ensuring effective online and offline campaigns.
  • Manage lease negotiations ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Package:

  • Basic salary: £35,000
  • Commission and bonus pay
  • OTE salary of £60,000 - £65,000 (uncapped) per annum.
  • Currently Mercedes company car or Car allowance circa £5,000 per annum
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • 20 days Hols bank hols closed between Christmas and new year (utilise 1 holiday day for period)

Qualifications and Skills:

  • RICS qualification
  • Proven experience in commercial property sales and lettings.
  • Strong understanding of the Essex commercial property market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
