Comprehensive HR Support Specialist

About the Job:- This is a senior HR role that requires a high level of expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and policy compliance.
- You will be working closely with management to provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, as well as supporting employees with their queries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and morale.
- Performance Management:
- Support line managers with performance management, including appraisals and disciplinary actions.
- HR Systems:
- Manage HR systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent is desirable.
Package:
- The estimated salary for this role is around £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
