HR Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
GXO Logistics is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 10:30-19:00. The successful candidate will provide timely, effective, and comprehensive support to line managers within GXO Logistics ASOS in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to line managers in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Manage clerical recruitment processes with third-party suppliers, controlling terms and conditions.
- Ensure new starters are administered on the system and P files are created to the best standard.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of HR Policy, Practice, Employee Relations, and Change Management.
- Relevant qualifications further learning in areas such as Recruitment, Selection, and Employee Engagement.
- Good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
