What You'll Do



  • Advise and guide managers on employee relations matters, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Review, streamline, and implement HR processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance.
  • Monitor and provide management information on HR statistics, including employee headcount, turnover, and absence.
  • Support the development of the HR Administrator and the wider team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Contribute to the delivery of the HR strategy and people plan, ensuring the site's needs are met and exceeded.

What You Need to Succeed



  • Proven experience in dealing with trade unions and collective agreements.
  • Knowledge of HR policy, practice, employee relations, and change management approaches.
  • A passionate and collaborative approach, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
  • Experience in the FMCG/Logistics/Operations sector.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
