Job Title: HR Administrator

About the Role

GXO Logistics, Inc. is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions and we are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Barnsley.

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to line managers and ensuring the smooth operation of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to termination.

Key Accountabilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Manage the clerical recruitment process, including advertising vacancies and screening applications.
  • Process employee data, including new starters, leavers, and changes to employment details.

Requirements

Salary and Benefits

£25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Estimated Salary: £27,500 per annum. Our salary and benefits package is designed to attract and retain top talent.
