Senior Administrative Officer

We are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient Senior Administrative Officer - Adult Social Care to join our team at Lynx Employment Services Ltd.
As a key member of the adult social care department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to safeguarding teams, including:
- Minute taking during safeguarding meetings
- Uploading meeting minutes and documentation to the system
- Coordinating meeting logistics, including venue arrangements
- Supporting the management of the safeguarding coordination inbox
- Typing minutes from audio recordings
For this role, we are looking for someone with:
- An A Level 2/3 relevant qualification
- A business support background or enthusiasm for developing within the field
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
A salary of £26,000 per annum is on offer for this exciting opportunity to make a difference in adult social care.
