We are currently seeking an Administrative Human Resources Officer to join our team at GXO Logistics ASOS site in Barnsley. This role comes with an estimated salary of £25,710 per annum, plus benefits including 264 hours annual leave inclusive bank holidays.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing clerical recruitment process with appropriate third-party suppliers, controlling all terms and conditions for recruiters and performing audits where appropriate.
  • Developing the correct behaviours and culture within area of responsibility according to the GXO Logistics values and commitments.

As an ideal candidate, you should have excellent knowledge of HR Policy, Practice, Employee Relations and Change Management, relevant qualifications and further learning in areas. You should also have good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively.
