Job Summary:

Matchtech is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in the water sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and negotiation of contracts related to water projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation and negotiation of contracts related to water projects
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
  • Manage contract modifications, claims, and dispute resolutions
  • Work closely with project managers to align contractual obligations with project goals
  • Provide guidance on contractual matters to project teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Monitor contract performance and provide regular reports
  • Ensure all contractual documents are properly filed and maintained

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing contracts within the water sector
  • Strong understanding of contract law and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in contract management software and related tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in contract management or a related field
