Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our team at The Lignum Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of contracts and the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation to completion, ensuring that all contracts are managed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects, including design, programming, and commercial aspects.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Work with the Quality Manager to develop and implement quality plans for each project, ensuring that all projects meet the required standards.
  • Health and Safety: Oversee the issuance of O&M manuals and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree, HND, BTEC, or similar in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of progressive responsibility in construction project and contract management roles.
  • Skills: Strong management experience, excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software, good CAD design skills and numerical abilities.
