Contract Management Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation, execution, and management of contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal processes, policies, and requirements.
- Ensure sales contract quality, particularly in terms of adherence to company policies and requirements.
- Liaise with regional and HQ colleagues to manage escalation and decision-making processes.
- Provide risk analysis and generate reports to inform decision-making, working with legal, sales, and technical teams to assess commercial, legal, and delivery risks in pre-sales and execution phases.
- Support sales and product teams in designing contract and commercial models for sales projects.
- Respond to commercial conditions of tenders (Rfx) and prepare relevant commercial and contract documents.
- Draft sales-related contracts.
- Lead sales-related contract negotiations and manage changes in existing contracts.
- Manage risks during contract fulfillment and execution.
Requirements:
- Desirable experience working with the ICT or renewable energy industry.
- Preferred experience in contract negotiation and bidding commercial activities for more than 3 years.
- Desirable experience with procurement processes and vendor management.
- Good command of basic knowledge of contract law and financial principles.
- Skill in drafting clear, concise, and legally sound contracts, with the ability to review and amend them effectively.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
- Strong contract negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present to customers and achieve favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working effectively with sales, legal, finance, and other departments.
- Desirable Bachelor's or higher degree in commerce or law.
- Excellent English and Chinese in written and spoken form.
