Administrative Specialist

Main Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks related to procurement and contract management activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Arrange meetings and coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers.
- Gather, input, and process data required for procurement and contracting activities, utilizing software applications and databases.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated relevant professional experience, ideally in project administration, database management, or a related field.
- A high level of attention to detail and focus on accuracy is essential for this role.
- Highly organized, dynamic, quick learner, and proactive individuals are required to succeed in this position.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary and geographically distributed team is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are desirable, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, is essential for this role.
