About the Role

AWE PLC is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure alignment with our business goals and industry regulations.

  • Monitor the implementation and performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure delivery of our objectives.

  • Obtain the necessary governance approvals to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures.

  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with our contracts to ensure the delivery of our projects.

  • Create meaningful relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience in public sector procurement and contract management.

  • Knowledge of public procurement regulations and industry leading contract management techniques.

  • Ability to define NEC 4 and/or CCS contract terms.

  • Experience in managing partner contracts, agreeing work orders, and liaising with stakeholders.

  • Ability to drive value for money and mitigate commercial risk.
