Salesforce Technical Lead and Strategist

We're excited to invite applications for a Cloud-Based CRM Implementation Expert to join our dynamic team at Atos SE. As a key player in our Salesforce practice, you'll work closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge cloud-based CRM solutions, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and transformation.
About the Role:- Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership on Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce best practices and methodologies, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you'll need extensive experience in Salesforce implementation, with a strong background in solution architecture, technical lead, and project management. Your expertise should include knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem components, such as NPSP and industry clouds, as well as proficiency in agile methodologies and Scrum/Done teams.
Requirements:- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce implementation projects, including architect or technical lead roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce engineering strategies, including environment architecture, data management architecture, and release management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce PD1, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, and Designer/Architect specialization certifications.
- PMP and TOGAF certifications are a plus.
$150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
