PMLD Educator

This position requires a deep understanding of special educational needs (SEN) and the ability to create a supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with students who require sensory learning and have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective lesson plans. Regular communication with parents and guardians will also be an essential aspect of this role.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide individualized tuition to students with diverse SEN, focusing on sensory activities and learning
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to develop and implement personalized lesson plans
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with families
- Support the re-engagement of young people in education through a nurturing and inclusive approach
