Job Overview

Protocol Education Ltd seeks a highly skilled Child Development Teacher to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will work closely with students who require individualized support and care.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft a personalized learning environment that addresses the distinct needs of each student.
  • Design and implement innovative, sensory-based learning activities that foster engagement and growth.
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Substantial experience working with students with PMLD or severe learning difficulties.
  • In-depth knowledge of differentiated instruction and alternative communication techniques.

The estimated salary range for this position is £120-£180 per day, taking into account your experience and qualifications. We also offer:

  • A refer-a-friend scheme with a reward of up to £50.
