Are you ready to take on a new challenge as a Specialist Behaviour Support Teacher? At Academics Ltd, we are looking for an exceptional educator to join our team in North Birmingham. As a specialist in behaviour support, you will work closely with students who require additional support due to challenging behaviours.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students. The successful candidate will have:
- A valid QTS qualification within the UK
- A deep understanding of how to support students with complex needs
- Creative problem-solving skills with a positive attitude
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective behaviour management strategies, working closely with other members of the team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students. We estimate that the salary for this position will be around £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
