Microsoft Presales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Presales Specialist to drive our sales process by providing in-depth technical expertise and delivering tailored presentations and demonstrations.
Role Overview:This role requires a blend of strong technical knowledge of Microsoft products, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:- Clients Engagement & Needs Analysis:
- Collaborate with sales teams and clients to gather and analyze business requirements and technical needs.
- Conduct discovery sessions, technical workshops, and business assessments to understand client pain points and propose appropriate Microsoft solutions.
- Solution Design & Presentation:
- Prepare tailored solution proposals and presentations based on client needs, showcasing how Microsoft technologies (Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Power Platform) can meet their business objectives.
- Lead technical product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create compelling and customized proposals and quotes that align with client business requirements.
- Support Sales Teams:
- Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Directors to develop and implement sales strategies for new business acquisition and expansion opportunities.
- Assist in responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and tenders, ensuring accurate technical and commercial responses.
- Provide technical assistance during sales meetings, addressing any product-related questions, concerns, or objections.
- Technical Expertise & Thought Leadership:
- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends to provide thought leadership to both clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the delivery and product teams to ensure the smooth transition from presales to implementation.
- Assist in the creation of demo environments, proofs of concept (PoCs), and other presales resources to support customer engagement.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the presales process.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-sale, ensuring the proposed solution meets their needs.
- Sales Enablement & Training:
- Provide training to internal sales teams and partners on Microsoft product offerings and how to effectively position them to clients.
- Assist in developing and refining sales collateral, case studies, and presentations to strengthen the sales team's ability to close deals.
**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year
