**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Security Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a key member of the Microsoft Security organization, you will play a critical role in helping customers achieve their security and compliance goals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft security architectures, solutions, and technologies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for developing strategies and recommendations to improve client security and compliance posture, shaping technical win plans, and tailoring Microsoft messaging to the audience for security opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deep technical understanding of Microsoft security architectures, solutions, and technologies.
  • Remediate blockers and ensure technical wins for Microsoft Security and adjacent technologies.
  • Develop strategies and recommendations to improve the client's security and compliance posture, shape technical win plans, and tailor Microsoft messaging to the audience for security opportunities.
  • Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and architecture design sessions, explaining, demonstrating, and architecting the solution to help solve customer security challenges and priorities.
  • Demonstrate and oversee proof of concepts, present and apply architecture patterns, prove capabilities and integration into customer environments, and drive cross-workload support for Microsoft solutions for security.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent qualification) combined with technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
  • Experience with developing and delivering customer demos/proof of concepts for Compliance & Security across competitive offerings.

**Estimated Salary:** £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
