Dyslexia Intervention Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dyslexia Intervention Specialist to join our team at Olentangy Schools. This individual will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support services to students, staff, and families impacted by dyslexia.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive screening process to ensure students are reading at grade level.
- Maintaining and monitoring the Dyslexia Screener to ensure its effectiveness.
- Providing Orton-Gillingham (OG) teacher training and practicums at various levels of certification.
- Collaborating with RTI and IEP teams to develop targeted interventions for students with dyslexia.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
