  • Pursue specialized roles, such as Quality Lead or Shift Coordinator, to enhance team performance and efficiency.
  • Be adaptable and flexible, responding to changing work demands and client needs.
  • Take advantage of a 33% shift premium for evening and overnight work (Mon-Thu: 8pm-8am, Fri: 5pm-8am Mon, bank holidays), fostering a healthy work-life balance.
