Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality teaching and learning support to students with Autism, helping them to achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring that all parties are informed and supported throughout the educational journey.
- Collaborate with the Class Teacher and other supporting staff to develop and implement personalized education plans, focusing on social skills, emotional well-being, and academic achievement.

Requirements:
- A Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
