Teaching Assistant for Students with Autism

Academics Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students with Autism. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to providing exceptional support and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Class Teacher and other supporting staff to develop and implement personalized education plans.
- Provide one-to-one support to students with Autism, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social skills and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
- A Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
