Substance Misuse Outreach Specialist

Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Substance Misuse Outreach Specialist to join our team in Gillingham. This full-time opportunity offers a salary of £35,392 - £39,405 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments and supporting service users in their recovery from drug or alcohol addiction. Working as part of an integrated substance misuse team to deliver clinical and psychosocial interventions at the Medway service in Kent.
The service operates 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. A clean driving license and access to a vehicle are beneficial for attending home visits.
- NMC registration with active pin
