About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Youth Mental Health Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work with young people at all stages of their recovery journey, providing ongoing assessments, risk assessments, and referrals within the community. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting service users to engage in recovery programmes and ensuring continuity of care and support through partnership with other agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake ongoing assessments and risk assessments to identify areas of need and develop personalized recovery plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between services.
- Prioritize workload effectively, managing multiple responsibilities and delivering high-quality results under pressure.
- Maintain a deep understanding of substance misuse and recovery principles, applying this knowledge to inform practice and drive positive outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and procedures, prioritizing the well-being and safety of service users.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including training and development opportunities, will also be provided.
