We are seeking a skilled Non Medical Prescriber to join our team at The Forward Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional to make a real difference in the lives of individuals struggling with substance misuse.
About the RoleThis role is based in the Medway region and involves working as part of a wider healthcare team, providing psychosocial and clinical interventions to high-risk adults with complex needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical assessment and treatment, demonstrating leadership qualities, and working collaboratively with other teams.
Key Responsibilities- Providing expert medication advice and support to clients
- Conducting thorough clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- An active NMC Pin
- Experience in Substance Misuse
- Able to attend home visits and work with vulnerable adults
