About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse to join our Community Cardiac Rehabilitation team as a Senior Nurse. The successful candidate will have significant experience post-registration and a strong background in cardiac care.

The role involves providing evidence-based phase I-III cardiac rehabilitation in line with national and local guidelines, working collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote health and well-being.

As a senior member of the team, you will supervise, manage, and support the development of junior staff, contributing to the education of other professionals in the field of heart failure, arrhythmia, and cardiac rehabilitation.

You will also contribute actively to the monitoring and audit of the community cardiology service, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
