  • Work closely with specialist nurses and multidisciplinary teams to provide psychosocial support">
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways">

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or degree in Counselling or related field">
  • Membership with British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy or equivalent">
  • Proven experience in working within clinical, health, or social care settings">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
