Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team in Medway and surrounding areas. Our clients require support with various needs, including medication management, nutritional assistance, personal care, social calls, communication, learning difficulties, dementia, and challenging behaviors.
This role requires a compassionate and committed individual who can provide high-quality care while promoting dignity and independence for our clients. As a Care Support Specialist, you will work varied shifts, including mornings, tea time, evenings, and occasional night work, ensuring every other weekend is available.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent personable and empathetic skills
- A passion for community care
- The ability to handle challenging situations
- A valid UK driving license
- At least 1 year of experience in domiciliary care
