Health and Care Support Specialist

Dovetail and Slate is seeking a skilled Health and Care Support Specialist to join their team in Gillingham, Kent.
This role involves providing healthcare support to students, including on-site medical care and collaborating with other support staff to ensure high-quality medical attention.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement health and care support strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and students to create health care plans.
- Manage and maintain health and care records.
- Provide health and care training to staff as needed.
- Assist with risk assessments related to health conditions or disabilities.
The estimated salary for this role is around £31,000 per annum (pro-rata). You will need a Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and experience managing health and care needs or risk assessments. A car with a full, clean license is also necessary.
