This pioneering business has developed an AI-powered platform that enhances existing training programs, ensuring sustained learning and long-term retention. Born from a passion to revolutionize training, the company has already partnered with industry leaders like Volvo, Microsoft, and Fidelity.

We are expanding our sales team in Nottingham and seek talented individuals to join us as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling product demos and meetings for the business development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking product demos and meetings for the business development team
Compensation Package:

Earning potential: £27,500 base salary with uncapped commission opportunities

Progression: Opportunities for promotion to Senior SDR within 6 months, with a further opportunity for advancement after another 6 months of meeting targets

Additional benefits include regular early finish Fridays, complimentary beer and prosecco taps, a barista on site providing free coffee, and a dog-friendly office environment.

Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience is not essential but advantageous; previous experience in phone-based customer service or call center roles is preferred
  • Intelligence, articulation, and credibility on the phone are crucial for success in this B2B role
