We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Primary Care Careers. As a key member of our front-line team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a polite and empathetic manner.
  • Manage appointment bookings, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care.
  • Process prescriptions, letters, and other documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Deal with requests for information, resolving problems and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Register new patients, ensuring that their details are accurately recorded and processed.
  • Answer telephone calls, responding promptly and efficiently to patient inquiries.
