We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Benton Hall Golf & Country Club.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the Reception Manager to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the club, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
