Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and passionate Customer Support and Sales Advisor to join our growing team dedicated to serving clinical beauty professionals.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Answer all telephone calls, deal with email and electronic orders in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with the sales order processing procedure.
  2. Proactively create extra sales by increasing account business, following up leads, and actively calling on any business development campaign provided.
  3. Deal with customer inquiries, maintain records, and build customer relationships while representing the company, ensuring a speedy, efficient, and quality service to our customers at all times.
  4. Undertake all administrative functions in connection to the department and onboard new customers while ensuring all regulatory requirements are achieved.
  5. Alert the Contact Centre Manager to any potential problems and pass on any relevant information.
