Ecological Contracting Team Lead

RSK Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to lead on the delivery of ecological contracting work packages on site. This full-time, permanent role will be based in Bristol and involve work on projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Lead on the delivery of ecological contracting work packages on site, ensuring that works are delivered on programme, on budget, and with zero defects.
- Lead and motivate a small site team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Keep accurate daily diaries for all site-based works, including other reporting as required.
- Monitor and track daily plant, labour, equipment, and material allocations.
- Undertake general maintenance on small plant, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are fit for purpose.
- Adhere to site safety, environmental, and well-being requirements.
Essential
- Willingness and ability to travel and stay away from home regularly.
- CSCS certification.
- Full driving license, ideally with Trailer Licence (B+E).
- First Aid at Work qualification.
- Experience of managing teams within a practical land management setting.
Desirable
- PTS AC/DC certification.
- SSSTS certification.
- PA1/PA6W herbicide spraying certification.
- CS30 & 31 certification. Other chainsaw qualifications will be looked upon favourably.
- LANTRA Woodchipper certification.
- LANTRA Brushcutter certification.
- Experience in operating a wide variety of plant with relevant tickets.
- Safety Critical Medical certification.
- Highways England Common Induction certification.
- Up to £29,000, depending on experience.
- Overtime and weekend supplement.
