Vantage Consulting, a leading recruitment business, is seeking a talented and ambitious professional to join our Engineering Contract Division as a Recruitment Consultant. This challenging and rewarding role offers the opportunity to build relationships with clients across the East Coast of America, drive growth in a rapidly expanding sector, and develop your skills and knowledge in international recruitment.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive basic salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, complemented by uncapped commission ranging from 10% to 30%
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 23 days annual leave, life event leave, volunteering leave, and long service sabbaticals

Your Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building and maintaining client relationships, and placing candidates in high-growth sectors. Key tasks include assessing job specifications, creating advertisements, qualifying and screening candidates, and pitching for retained business.
