Mental Health of Learning Disabilities Professional

- To undertake comprehensive assessments, developing and reviewing care-plans for individuals with learning disabilities who experience mental health problems.
- To manage and ensure the provision of appropriate medical and psychosocial interventions to a caseload of service users.
- To participate in Mental Health Act Assessments of service users that you care coordinate.
- To develop partnerships and participate in working with TPLDs, Acute Services, and Private Sector.
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Nurse who has a strong background in mental health and learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes.
