The role of a Consultant Adult Psychiatrist at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust involves conducting assessments and treatments for mental health conditions in secondary services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, appraising, and supervising junior medical staff, as well as participating in service planning activities. This position requires the individual to have MRCPsych or equivalent qualifications, be on the Specialist Register, and hold GMC registration with Approved Clinician status and S12 approval under the Mental Health Act.
