Key Responsibilities:As a Consultant Adult Psychiatrist at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and treatments of mental health conditions, managing and appraising junior medical staff, and contributing to service and business planning activities.
With a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, you will work closely with local managers and professional colleagues to ensure the efficient running of services and participate in academic programmes, including lectures and seminars.
In recognition of your expertise and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £85,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a Recruitment Bonus of £15,000, financial support for relocation of up to £8,000, and access to the fantastic NHS pension scheme.
