Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of store colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective store strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to store colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a team leader or deputy manager role, preferably in a retail or financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays.
