Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of outstanding store colleagues and ensuring the smooth running of daily processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of store colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and security procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to store colleagues to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a team leader or deputy manager role, preferably in a retail or financial services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays.
