Job Title: Recovery Mentor

About the Role:
You will be working with individuals who are struggling with substance misuse in Ealing Borough. The role of a Recovery Mentor is to support these individuals on their journey to recovery and provide them with the tools they need to overcome addiction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting clients throughout their treatment and recovery process
  2. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
  3. Developing and implementing individualized recovery plans
  4. Providing education and resources to promote healthy behaviors
  5. Fostering community engagement and involvement


What You'll Need:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of addiction and recovery principles. A background in social work or a related field would be beneficial.
