Seeking a motivated and results-driven Independent Field Recovery Specialist to join our team at Marston Holdings. As a Self-Employed Enforcement Agent, you will play a crucial role in recovering monies on behalf of taxpayers, businesses, and individuals through ethical and integrated court order compliance.

About the Role

As an Independent Field Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for enforcing court orders, managing vulnerable situations, and utilizing effective negotiation skills to resolve disputes. Your ability to work independently and manage your own schedule will be key to success in this role.

A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential, as you will be required to travel extensively throughout the country. Our comprehensive training programme will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to become a certified enforcement agent.

Your earning potential is uncapped, with realistic earnings after certification ranging from £40,000 to £90,000+ per annum. You will receive extensive City & Guilds accredited training, mentoring, and support throughout your certification process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce court orders and manage vulnerable situations with professionalism and discretion
  • Negotiate with clients to resolve disputes and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Manage your own schedule and workload to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Previous experience in a self-employed or customer-facing role is desirable
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
