At 306 North London NHS Foundation Trust, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Risk Management and Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist advice in relation to recovery to service users and actively encouraging them to make positive changes to their lives. They will also be involved in developing the Co-production service and taking a lead in recruiting volunteers to support service development.

We estimate this role to be paying around £42,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist advice in relation to recovery to service users and actively encourage them to make positive changes to their lives.
  • Be involved in developing the Co-production service and take a lead in recruiting volunteers to support service development.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the Rough sleepers outreach and assist service users to optimise support as well as fast tracking within the system.
  • Assist the running of Harm Reduction workshops within Hostels and at the Grove Drug service. Assist with Naloxone distribution among the Hostels and service users.

Person Specification

We are looking for someone with a Peer mentor qualification and awareness of patient care within the wider context of the organisation, particularly around health inequalities. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of the importance of user/carer involvement and awareness of treatment outcomes, recovery tools, care planning, assessment of risk.
