About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Recovery Nurse / ODP to lead our theatre recovery team in a highly reputable private healthcare provider's exceptional private hospital near Oxford. As a Theatre Recovery Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-standard individualised patient care and coordinating deliveries of high-quality patient care during recovery from surgical procedures.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading and guiding the theatre recovery team.
- Ensuring efficient coordination of patient care during recovery from surgical procedures.
- Collaborating with other departments to maintain effective patient flow.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes.
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff members.
What You Will Need:
- NMC / HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions is essential for this position.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK is also required.
- A minimum of 3 years of UK theatre recovery experience is necessary for this role.
- An ALS qualification is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management and communication skills are also required.
