Job Title: Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team at AESOps. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operational site, ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager and other team members
  • Manage operational data spreadsheets and perform data entry tasks
  • Process orders and manage inventory
  • Handle incoming mail and correspondence
  • Provide excellent customer service and first point of contact for internal and external calls

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • High level of self-reliance and flexibility
